How Do I See The
Range?
To
access our handbag and jewellery collections simply click on the links in
the left margin of any page. Take
your time and enjoy browsing through our delicious collection!
If
you see something you like, but you want more detail, just click on the
product image and hey presto a specific product page with automatically
open, where you will see a larger image of the item with all its detail,
special features and dimensions. For our handbags, we’ve also included
information on the linings because we feel this is a key feature of all
our bags.

We love hearing from our customers and we endeavor to respond to all
enquiries within 24 hours.
How Do
I Buy?
To
buy any one of our gorgeous pieces, simply click the Buy Now link and you
will be taken to the PayPal website, where you can then enter your credit
card details to complete your purchase. We use the PayPal system as it
ensures our customers’ privacy. Only
you enter your personal credit card information – we never have access
to your credit card details.
Should
you wish to pay by direct bank deposit or cheque, please
email us and we will provide the necessary details.

online payment facility is via PayPal which is owned by eBay (and those clever
people at eBay know a thing or two about shopping online!)

information to the merchant (ie, us).

accept Visa and Mastercard. Should
you wish to pay by direct bank deposit or cheque, please email
us and we will provide the necessary details.
Do I Need to Have a PayPal Account to Use the Payment Service?
No.
Anyone with a valid credit card can use the service. If you are a
registered PayPal user, you simply enter your password and the system will
use the card and delivery information you have already supplied.
If
you are not a registered user, you’ll need to enter the requested
information for each purchase.
How Do
I Know Coquette Red Has Received my Order?
You
will receive an email confirmation of your order from PayPal and also from
us.

What If I Want To Buy Several Items?
Well
clearly this means you have excellent taste!
To
keep things as simple as possible, we decided not to offer customers the
online shopping trolley feature where you can add several items to your
cart. (And, as we all know, the wheels on those silly things never really
work properly anyway…)
So,
if you wish to purchase several items then simply send us an email
listing the pieces you require and we’ll send back one consolidated
online invoice to your email address. So we do the work for you. When that
invoice arrives in your Inbox please click on the link and you will be
taken to a Pay Pal page to complete your purchase by entering your credit
card details and delivery information. Simple!
