It is our priority to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. 

 

Exchanges/Credit Notes

 

We are more than happy to offer an exchange if you decide your order is not suitable or if you change your mind, PROVIDED –

 

a)       The item is returned to us within 10 days of delivery;

b)       The item is in original, undamaged, clean and unused condition; and

c)       The item was not purchased as a sale item, at a reduced price, or as a second or sample

           item.

 

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any items that do not meet the above criteria.  This policy applies to both retail and wholesale clients.

 

If you are unable to find an alternative item that you wish to exchange your item for, we would be happy to issue you with a credit note for the cost of the item (excluding delivery charges).  Your credit note will be valid for a 12 month period.

 

Delivery charges for exchanged items will be at the purchaser’s cost, unless the product was received  in a damaged or faulty condition in which case we will bear the delivery charges (provided the product was not purchased as a clearance, second or sample item).  Please refer to our “Refunds & Exchanges for Faulty Items” section below.

 

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges for Faulty Items

 

At Coquette Red, we carefully check each order before dispatch.  However, if you do encounter a problem when you receive your order, please email us and we will do our best to rectify the problem by exchanging the item or providing a refund.   A refund can only be provided where – 

 

a)   You advise us that the product is damaged or faulty within 3 days of receipt; and

b)   You return the faulty item to us within 10 days of receipt.  We will pay the delivery cost of returning the item if it has been

       received by you in a faulty or damaged condition.

 

If we are satisfied that the item was damaged or faulty prior to delivery, we will provide a refund to you within 14 days. 

 

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds for a change of mind.  

 

Can I exchange or return a sale item?


Unfortunately we are unable to offer an exchange or return on sale or clearance  items, or goods purchased as seconds or samples.
