How long will my goodies take to arrive after I place an order?

We will send out your order as soon as your payment has been completed and your delivery address verified.

Goods will usually be sent out within 7 days of receiving your order. If for any reason we are unable to meet this timeframe for reasons such as stock availability or delays with Australia Post, then we will notify you by email. Please note if you are in a remote area, your delivery could take two weeks.

International deliveries are usually received within 10-15 working days subject to courier choices and Customs delays.

If any items you’ve ordered are on back order, your entire order will be shipped together when all items are received to ensure the lowest  possible shipping and handling costs.

How will my order be sent?

All items will be sent through either our courier service or via registered post from Australia Post. 

What will my parcel include?

Your goods will be packaged carefully to ensure they arrive safely.  We are happy to gift wrap at no extra cost – please advise us if you require gift wrapping when you order.

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?

Someone should be at the delivery address to ensure receipt.  However, if you are unavailable during the time of delivery a representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on where you can go to collect your order.

How much will I be charged for delivery?

Australian customers
We offer a flat rate of $10 for delivery, so freight remains constant wherever you live in Australia and regardless of how many items you order. 

International customers
We will notify you by email but the charge is usually around $35 for delivery to the USA or Europe. Delivery usually takes around 10 - 15 working days.  Expedited delivery is available but will usually incur an extra charge.
